A Florida native and resident for over 30 years, Chef Eduardo Rodrigues has spent time in the kitchens of prestigious restaurants throughout South Florida including most recently at the National Hotel, the Grand Bay Club on Key Biscayne and within the acclaimed restaurants on the posh private venues on Fisher Island. Chef Rodrigues now brings his worldly cuisine, training and experience to helm the at South Beach’s newest dining and entertainment venue, Arena Lounge. Preparing a selection of global eclectic cuisine, Chef Rodrigues uses locally sourced ingredients coupled with those brought in from around the world. Homemade pastas, imported Italian cheeses and sustainable seafood come together for a menu served in a unique atmosphere accented by nightly entertainment.
